Back in 2004 Goldenpak company was founded by an ambitious young entrepreneur , Dr. Abbas Talaei.
As an entrepreneur; Mr. Talaei realized ;There are service demands for potential investors who wish to invest in petrochemical sectors or even they have dreams to establish own petrochemical plant. To fulfill such a demand ,He arranged a team of Petrochemical executive managers and experts who have already had solid experiences in well known petrochemical companies in Canada.
The initial focus of the company was to provide consulting service for transferring petrochemical technologies to the business located mostly in under developed countries. The service starts from finding the reliable technology to evaluating and negotiate deal with technology providers on behalf of the client.
Today thanks to collaboration with NPT Company and support of a team consist of over 120 experts in different engineering disciplines , Goldenpak provides extensive professional consulting and engineering service in the filed of oil & Gas & Petrochemical for its valuable clients . We turn client’s dreams to reality from establishing an startup company to provide full engineering services to execute a project.
Experiences:
Goldenpak with the support of NPT teams has done several projects in the field of Oil & Gas & Petrochemical. Some of the typical featured projects are :
1-Acrylic Acid Technology Transfer Management ,PFPO Co Ltd , Tehran , 2006
Base on client’s request an Acrylic Acid license awarding agreement on behalf of client was conducted with Airliquid (Lurgi Gmbh) ,Germany
• Searched , Evaluated and selected Acrylic Acid technology base on the client’s need
• Negotiated the technology ( Technical and Commercial ) on behalf of the client
• Managed all legal affaires required for preparing and signing the license’s agreement
2-Established 25000 Mt/a , CO2 recovery plant ,Arvand industrial Gas Co. , Mahshar Petrochemical zone , Iran 2020
In this project Goldenpak provided full consulting engineering services from evaluating the business idea to commissioning the plant
- Prepared Feasibility study
- Selected Union Engineering Co, Denmark , as technology provider and EPC contractor
- Supervised project commissioning and startup
3-Established a Propane Dehydrogenation Plant (PDH) with a capacity of 150 kMT , Kourosh Petrochemical Co., in Mahshar Petrochemical Zone ,Iran 2012
- Developed business Idea , Performed feasibility study and found a new PDH project
- Prepared business plan plus bankable documents enabled the project to be granted a loan of 153 M USD from local banks.
- Obtained all required permits from local authorities
- Coordinated project land acquisition of 20 Acers
- Selected , evaluated and transferred PDH Technology license from Yarsintez Co , Russia
- Prepared Basic engineering package
- Hold EPC tender and select EPC’s contractor to perform Detail Engineering , procurement and construction
